- Crisis became infrastructure.When displacement reached her own family, she founded a registered Community Interest Company — Kvitka CIC, now SettleX — so others wouldn't face it alone.
- What was given gets given forward.Taught to invest through Mint Ventures — a community democratising investment for women from £2,000 — she built FemNation World to do the same for women across MENAP and South Asia.
- Impact before it was fashionable.Her first deeptech venture, Wastekan, cleaned water of nano- and microplastics. Her fund's thesis today: impact-driven deeptech for energy and industry.
- Knowledge is diffused, not gatekept.The Educational Chair at ISA District 17. The books. The workshops. A podcast that gives away what the successful 20% know. National knowledge-to-market infrastructure design.
- Platforms where others win.MyFounders.Club's directory, awards and introductions; the syndicate's shared dealflow; a media platform lending founders its reach.
- Relationship over extraction.Seven in ten of a 13,500-strong network met in person. Opt-in-only communications. No lead capture in the path of a displaced person seeking help.
- Lived, not adopted.Post-90s Ukraine: a market stall at ten, a mother working three jobs. "Prosperity for all" is not her positioning. It's her biography.
